For candidates
If something went wrong with your test, your payment, or your certificate, write to support@cognitiveiq.in. Include your registered email and, if possible, the certificate number or a screenshot. We can reissue certificates, refund eligible payments, and resolve test-session issues from this address.
For organisations
Hiring teams, schools, and corporate L&D programmes can write to business@cognitiveiq.in for partnership conversations, bulk licensing, custom assessment configurations, or branded certificate templates. We respond personally, not via a sales funnel.
Privacy and legal
For data subject requests under the DPDP Act 2023 — including access, correction, erasure, or grievance escalation — write to privacy@cognitiveiq.in. We respond within the statutory timeframe (currently 30 days from receipt).

Hours
We answer email Monday through Friday, 10 am to 7 pm Indian Standard Time. Weekend replies are best-effort. Emergencies relating to security or active test sessions are triaged outside hours when we can.
